Tasting Notes

Previously reserved for the brewing staff taking pours off the fermenter, our helles bock lager features clean malt notes with enough of a fruity, boozy mouthfeel to tempt you further. So give in and enjoy our little slice of hell.

Secret Technique

Although our base Helles Bock was designed simply to pick up notes of whiskey during a rest in oak barrels for Beer for Burgers, our staff just kept going back to the zwickel for after shift beers. We ordered fewer oak barrels for Beer for Burgers assuming they had drank several barrels of beer. Turns out they drank much less than we thought so we had this extra helles bock left over.
