Tasting Notes

A bigger, bolder variant of DinoS’mores Imperial S’more stout. Bold sweet confectionery chocolate aromatics give way to a rich, creamy mouthfeel. Like a perfectly toasted marshmallow, the flavor teeters between honey and roasted but avoids any burnt notes. The heavy alcohol only lurks well after the brew is quaffed but will leave you feeling as warm as leaving your shoes too close to the campfire.

Secret Techniques

While original DinoS’mores® focuses on Scandinavian brewing techniques which place a greater emphasis on variety of roasted malts and drier body to create bitterness, Double Stuffed DinoS’mores captured the American brewing spirit of cramming way too much into the same sized package. We added as much fermentable sugar our equipment and yeast can tolerate and then conditioned the beer on 50% more crushed vanilla beans and 50% more cocoa nibs than anything we have ever tried. A moderate dose of lactose sugar provides additional sweetness. The final result is a beer that tastes great and is twice as filling!
