Thanks for perusing our online store! We are a very small team and drop-off orders at the post office a couple times a week, so if you’re in a hurry for something, reach out and we’ll do our best to make sure it gets shipped out asap.

☛ Ordering a pre-order/pre-sale item along with in-stock items? We hold shipping until the complete order is ready. You are welcome to complete two transactions so the in-stock item(s) ship sooner. Email us with questions.

☛ If you choose "Pick Up @ Mousetrap" during Checkout, we will email you when your order is pulled and ready. If you discover you chose this in error and need it shipped, shoot us a message. Or if you haven’t received the email and need to swing by, please call Mousetrap: 312-929-2916.

☛ Restocking Fee for Abandoned Pickup Orders: You have two weeks from the date of said email to pick up your merch. If we don’t hear from you, your items will be considered abandoned and a restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund. Orders costing up to $40 (subtotal) will incur a $10 fee, with a 25% fee for anything above $40 (subtotal). Refunds are not available for pre-ordered items.

☛ Exchanges: Size charts are linked on all apparel items to assist in your informed sizing decision, but we understand that doesn’t always work out. We can accept clean, unworn items for an exchange and the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Email us to get the conversation started. Please note: exchanges are not available for pre-ordered items.

☛ Returns: We are unable to offer refunds. Please see above about exchanging the item.
