SECRET TECHNIQUES
The first beer our brewery ever produced was a 3.5% abv Russian Imperial Stout. Some people got the joke, other people were mad. The intent wasn't to make people mad, we just wanted to challenge them to think about how beer is defined. Ultimately we authored the ‘Serf Stout’ style. It has all the roasted malt complexity of it's high alcohol brother from a longer than normal sparge, without the alcoholic burn and companioning sweetness.
