TASTING NOTES

Flemish Blonde (similar in nature to the more widely known Flemish Reds) fermented for five months in a 14 year old French Calvados foedre with our wild yeasts. Then refermented for six more months with 900 liters of raw apple cider (Northern Pippen, Northern Spy, and Golden Delicious), unpasteurized to preserve their native flora. And pressed by our good friend, Ryan Burke, who you’ll probably recognized as that devastatingly handsome lumberjack, hipster looking guy from all those Angry Orchard commercials.
