Pilsner malt, wheat, flaked wheat, very small hop addition, lactic acid produced by lactobacillus, yuzu (vegan)

Yuzu is an expensive, fancy Asian citrus fruit that is a hybrid fruit between Mandarin and some other, fancier citrus fruit called an Ichang papeda. The flavor and aroma is a unique combination of grapefruit and lime.
