Serf Style

Being smart alecky brewers (and people), the first beer our brewery produced was a 3.5% ABV Russian Imperial Stout. Some people got the joke, other people were mad. The intent wasn't to make people mad, we just wanted them to think about how beer is defined. Ultimately we authored the Russian Serf Stout style. It has all the roasted malt complexity of its high alcohol brother, without the alcoholic burn and companioning sweetness. Stay and have a few.
