Aqua Predator gets totally submerged in freshly picked Crystal wet hops. Lemongrass dominates the nose while a melon tang finishes with powerful hop oils. 6.5 % alc/vol

Secret Techniques

Aqua Predator uses 200 pounds of Crystal wet hops picked by our friends at Hop Head Farms in Michigan the morning of the brew day. The freshly harvested hops are added to the beer wort with a make-shift hopback hours after picking. By adding the hops to the beer so close to harvest, much of the delicate hop oils are defused into the final beer.
