Sickly sweet aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit peel balanced by a lively acidity and slight but world-wise touch of funk. 3.8% alc/vol

Secret Technique

Spots is entirely batch soured with our house Lactobacillus strain before being pasteurized and fermented with farmhouse ale yeast. Grapefruit peel is added during the boil and passionfruit is added post-fermentation to retain a vibrant tropical character.
