Tasting Notes

Tour de Biere grapefruit radler (Radler is ) explodes with grapefruit peel twist aromatics off of the pillowy foam. Rio Red grapefruit juice, lime juice, and late addition Centennial hops combine to form a complex citrus profile. The grapefruit and lime also add citric acid and a hint of pithy bitterness. However, a wheat heavy mash and a briny finish adds enough structure so you certainly won't confuse this with fruit juice or a flavored soda water.

A little history

The results were well received and the radlermass (or cyclist liter) was born. Popular with recreational cyclists because of its refreshing flavor and lower alcohol content, this beer cocktail expanded over the globe has thrived for over a century.
